I saw this on FB and wrote down the different challenges for thirty days. I have already started this challenge and its been great seeing more space available and throwing shit away that you no longer need. I didn't start with number one but started with a number that I felt I could accomplish within the day!!! IF some challenges don't apply to you, change it and make it fit your needs!!!


I wish everyone luck on their challenge of de-clutter and would love to hear about everyone's progress.

I was looking around on FB and kept seeing this ad on the side about BodyBoss and I wondered what it was all about. So, I looked it up and discovered that its a four week, three-week cycle to help women reshape and reinvent their bodies. It pretty much tells you what stretched, exercises, and warm ups and cool downs to do each day during the week. It's pretty much a step by step program that helps you achieve success.

I've been struggling with my weight for some time now and I'm not very vocal about it. I have this cool SPN group on FB that you can post and others support you, have been a great help too. Just not something I post in on a regular basis. I've been trying to cut out soda and just drink water and tea, but it's been hard. When I get stressed and dealing with my emotions, a soda and/or carbs are my go to foods and drinks. I know how important it is to limit of carbs and cut out soda completely.

SO I bought the book and will start my journey this evening with the first workout session under the pre-session week, to help you get used to the process and procedure of Body Boss. I'm going to try it for two weeks and see what the results are, and see any changes with my body. I'm excited about it and looking forward to a healthier me!!!

My main goal is to feel comfortable in my own clothes. I hate wearing a bra and most bra's feel very uncomfortable. I'm very chesty and most of the time wear sports bras. And to maintain a healthy weight for my height and age. My goal for weight for this program and a twelve-week cycle is to be under 200 pounds. At the moment, I have yet to reweigh myself, I was 209.5 pounds. I would like to be under 200 after 12 weeks!!!

Wish me luck and I will think about posting before and after pictures of the two-week challenge.
