Please support my Goddaughter!!

I don't talk much about my Goddaughter, but she will be turning 11 in November. She was born with a chromosome disorder and a heart condition. She has had multiple open heart surgery's, has a trach and a jg feeding tube, had a colostomy bag which was reversed. She had many developmental delays and is bound to a wheelchair. Please support her in getting a wheelchair accessible van to transport to the doctors in Boston, easier and with my reliability.
