For Fandom Fest: Supernatural Creatures

yonkyuLong before I became a fan of Supernatural, I was a fan of vampires, specifically Dracula by Bram Stroker. I loved the book and watched the movie. I have to say the book is much better than the movie like most books turned to film.
The strength of a vampire and being slightly afraid of the sunlight was intriguing to me, to say the least. I wanted to have their strength, their power of controlling others, their passion for knowing what they want. So I made sure I watched all the vampire movies I could find and saw the differences in the views of their perspectives on vampires. What they were able to do and not do. How they turned a human into a vampire? And how they bit their victim to do what the vampire wanted them to do. Whether the victim wanted to do it or not.
So, I have a deep push for vampire stories, whether romance or not. The abilities they posse are some abilities I would love to have. I remember being encouraged by a few friends to try my hand at writing fanfiction and to write about what I love and very interested in. So I wrote an SPN story with Sam/Dean and Sam being turned into a vampire then turning a willing Dean into one. Most vampires use blood to keep them going and it was the same in my story, but I created a special juice that the boys could live off of without the blood always being human blood. I still want to write more about vampires but the muse isn't ready to at the moment.
So that is my love of vampires!!! Still very interested in reading and writing about!!!
