The Real Me

I’ve realized the people who helped me for a long time with my writing as my beta can no longer (at this time in life) be my beta. I’m sad about it (but it’s reality) and looking for someone else to help me and be my beta. I plan on writing in the Roswell New Mexico fandom and Supernatural fandom. If you could help me help alongside my girl [Bad username or unknown identity: infp-obsessing-over-everything], I would be honored!!

I don't even know how to ask this question. But, I must and I have to start here.

I'm looking for a beta, a consistent beta that is willing to work with a writer who needs guidance and a cheerleader to hold her hand that things will get better. I may have been writing for a few years and last year was the first year I truly understood what it meant to be a creative writer. And honestly, I never even understood what a beta was until very recently. I need a lot of support and reassurance that I am able to do what I set out to do in a story. And I'm writing it here so that whoever is willing to help me out is already aware of my needs. Explaining things is a huge help and makes me understand things better. And I may even ask multiple questions along the way if I'm confused on something.

Type of beta you'd like: I would like help with grammar, spelling, and suggestions on new vocabulary words to say the same thing instead of saying "gasp" all the time (so synonyms would be helpful - I've started a word list, cheesy I know). I would like support and help with the flow of the story. I would like support on gathering my thoughts at flashbacks and past tense support.

Short Summary: Jared and Jensen go for their daily morning run and Jared teases Jensen through most of the run; Jensen gets overwhelmed by his arousal that he decides to take things into his own hands by becoming putty in Jared’s arms.

Well the Big Bang reveal has happened and as a first time Big Bang challenger I don't even know what to say about it! All I know is that I am very excited and enjoying this roller-coaster ride of a journey.

I would like to share my story summary with everyone.

Title: Finding Love through Nature

Summary: Jared and Jensen have been on Supernatural for 9 years and the show is going out with a BANG!! Before season 9 starts, Jensen and Danni break up. Jared supports Jensen through the break up and helps support him to move on. Jared has a flash back of his break up with Gen and the support he got from Jensen. Jensen knows Jared is gay, but never had feelings for him until well his break up with Danni. So as friends Jared plans a trip to Maine, but also wants to share his feelings with Jensen. They go to Maine and while they are there; they go to different tourist attractions in nature where feelings are expressed but no one wants to take the next step. Finally their feelings become too much, will either one of them be able to tell the other how they really feel for the other?!
