It was just sad and disheartening how ugly things got (and so fast). There was no need for that.
We are lucky that Jensen is part of social networking and shares his personal life with us, he does not need to do it, but chooses to and connect with his fans that love and support him. This is exactly right and I don't get why people don't seem to get this.
