Where have I been?...
Sep. 26th, 2005 09:50 pmI have been hiding, well not really just been very busy and stressed out lately. But, I do have some updates on my life if your interested.
At work I have been frustrated and stress because I have not been working in the classroom I am suppose to keep over when Heidi leaves for maternity leave. I just feel the children don't truly understand my role very much when I am not in there and Heidi is still here and has not left. So its been hard on the children because they are not sure what to think right now. Plus, since I am going to be working with someone new I would like to sit down and talk with her so she can help me out a little bit. Its been hard but its getting easier. It just was hard for a couple of weeks because I felt that no one understood where I was coming from and I felt that I was going to learn everything on my own. I just had a few hard weeks and I am glad things have turned around at work. I had a meeting with my boss and things went well. I will get help with going into my new role and I won't have to do things on my own. YAY, thank god, that makes me feel so much better.
But, on better news my godchild will finally be coming home! In ways I can not believe that Reanne will be coming home. I am so happy that I can not wait until October 12th to come. That is the day Reanne will be coming home unless something comes up and it gets moved out. I did help Nikki set up a registry at Babies R Us for items that will help her with Reanne being home. It is amazing to hear that Reanne will come home and come out of the hospital for a period of time. And when Reanne comes home the home nurse will be able to train me in things that are related to helping Reanne. So I can't wait for Auntie and niece day.
Also some funny information, my ex friend Melissa is having a baby. Congratulations to her and her boyfriend or whatever she calls him now. But all I have to say is good luck to her.
Also I want to thanks Jennifer Clarke for helping me with Neopets and for wanting me in her wedding. I feel so honored and blessed. And I am glad that we been able to slowly bond and get to know each other better. It makes me feel better that you do like me and are willing to get to know me. I am so glad to be making new friends.
Plus, I have been down a little bit. I just feel that most of my friends have boyfriends, are engaged, and/or married now. And here I am single and looking around for someone special to be with. I just feel that my world is not moving while everyone else is moving some where. But, I know someday I will have someone and things will all be good.
