Customize background

I was wondering if there was any one out there that is relly good about changing the backgrounds and changing the pic at the top part of the page.

If there is any one out there willing to do that I would love to upgraded my background and put a new picture up and stuff but I dont know how .

PLEASE HELP!!!!
