-Take Fish Oil and Vitamin D Gummies daily - I've been slacking lately but only due to me being sick with a severe sinus infection, severe ear infection, and severe upper respiratory infection
-Floss every night
-In bed by 11 PM - I've been working on my writing and been going to bed later than I'd like
-Stretch Daily
-Meditate for 15 minutes

Want To Do / Will Do
-Florida Convention with Mom - we are leaving in the middle of January and will be gone for a long weekend!!! I'm so excited for this trip!!!!

Sadly, a very failed writing month for me. And overthinking everything I write, no matter what it is about. But trying to work on things that I really, truly enjoy.
