I was reading the article below and decided to take a look at the comments. Well this comment below floored me on the spot. This is discrimination and hatred of a person that NO ONE knows on a personal level. I can't believe someone would write this about the boys but at the same time I'm not surprised. There will always be Sam girls and Dean girls and I get that completely, but to talk about them in a negative and hateful manner pisses me off. How can you watch a show and hate the person you see on your screen? How can you hate someone so much and make a comment like this on the internet? What do you get out of it? What does Jensen or Jared or even Misha get out of the awareness of these comments?

i wud rather read about misha any day of the week...but if i can't, i'd rather read about Jared than that right winger Jensen Ackles, who doen't vote to support women's rights, healthcare rights, immigration and gays. CAN"T STAND HIM.

I have to say that I love being part of the SPN Family and all that it offers. Though when I see this kind of shit it truly pisses me off. I don't know Jared, Jensen, Mark, and Misha on a personal level and I would never treat them in this fashion. We are all unique and have our own views on different subjects; we should be respected for those opinions. They never asked to be analyzed by their fans in any way and the fact that MANY fans do is ridiculous. Sometimes I don't even want to be part of the SPN Family but then I think back at → back to ALL the FRIENDS I made over the years through the SPN Fandom.

I will never understand the importance of knowing ALL about the personal lives and belittling and degrading them for their beliefs, views, and opinions on different topics. And sadly it makes sense WHY everyone prefers bottom!sam/Jared compared to bottom!dean/Jensen. I don't even care what others truly think of this rant, but I had to let it out. If we ALL belong to the SPN Family - WE surely don't seem to be a family.

A part of the fandom, some fans are obsessed with this T-shirt selling competition. This might be the one chance they can get more attention than Jensen's, so they lose their shit.

It shouldn't be a competition. They are doing the T-shirts for a good cause. It bring awareness to topics that people are afraid to mention.

When I read some of the comments it made me realize why I don't read comments anymore. The nastiness that is being spewed there is sickening.

It is sickening and I will never be reading comments again like that. My word its horrible. They are human and deserve respect whether or not we agree with them or not. I don't know it's just sad.

I completely agree with you on how its not right for someone to so such hate towards a person they don't know personally but in the world we live in there will always be idiots who think its okay but in reality it never is.

I must say that I did buy one of Jared's t-shirts but only because of the cause it represents.

I completely agree!! It's sad though and the boys should never be treated in the manner whether people agree with them or not.

I totally respect your decision in getting Jared's T-shirt. The message is clear and personal. The awareness Jared is trying to make. The cause is powerful and I completely respect your decision to support him and his cause!!!

I would like to purchase both Jared and Jensen's shirts for various reasons, I support them both.

The competition and the complete split between the actors and characters they play are mind boggling. It makes me wonder why everyone would rather help and support Jared over Jensen and I have a clear understanding why its Bottom!Jared/Sam and Jensen/Dean being the dominant and rough around the edges type of guy in Fandom.

Sorry for venting but it bothers me. I don't mean to be a downer just expressing my thoughts.

I actually didn't know Jensen had a t-shirt campaign so your sentence above surprised me.

You might be even more surprised if I get my bigbang finished in time and you get to alpha read it for me.

Thanks, sweetie, sometimes I need to vent and I love the boys both so much despite the fact I don't even know them. Their humanity shines brightly to see celebrities stand up and fight for a cause and be themselves in front of others than hiding behind the cameras!!!!

As for your story, I can't wait to be your alpha!!! I love your stories and I'm excited to see what you have come up with for this year!!!

Thanks for the faith in me to complete my bigbang, I really do hope I finish it in time.

Of course I will Sweetie, no problem there, if its a work week when you send it to me, I'll email you to tell you when I can finally take a look at it, my energy levels during my working week aren't the best but I will definitely read through it for you and tell you what I think. If you want to wait until you have it completed, it's totally okay.
