I have been struggling with my weight due to stress and loneliness.

Since I have started my Master's Program I have gain 20 pounds. I am at my HIGHEST weight ever. And I feel disgusted with myself.

At 215 lbs. I have been pushing myself to drink more water and some small exercises to help.

I feel so disgusted with myself and upset that I let this happen.

So hopefully I can lose some weight before my physical in September.

Very sad and tears.

Right now I'm doing this thing called Easy Loss Virtual Gastric Band Hypnosis. It's an app that I have on my phone and my iPad but there is are other android versions and stuff.

And it's miraculous!

You have four basic guidelines - eat anything you want - only eat when you're hungry - eat slowly - stop eating when you're no longer hungry.

There is a food diary, water diary, and two hypnosis sessions a day. Also, the best bit is there's a Facebook support group where people share their experiences, ask for help and advice, or share their successes and hard days too.

It's not a diet, you can really eat anything you want as long as you stick to the guidelines - although the hypnosis helps to support the idea of healthy eating - so you never feel deprived or like you're starving yourself. And even if you slip up and have a bad day, it's okay. You can have a moan about it on the Facebook page and then just start again the next day.

They also have other apps - Little Black Dress, Bikini Body etc - that have difference hypnosis sessions although the guidelines are the same, and something called the Chill Pill, which has sessions to help with chocolate craving, or anxiety or...well, loads of stuff.

I've loss 10 pounds in a month. I'm sleeping better. I've started running and exercising daily and I can fit in clothes I thought I was going to have to chuck out. The app is £4.99 but I saved that in the first week alone by not buying any chocolate!

It's definitely worth doing, especially with all the support you get with it : ) xx

I am sorry you aren't feeling good in your body. I am even more sorry you are feeling disgusted with yourself as that is never a good feeling.

I know that feeling but remember... it´s just a package, nothing else. And if you are not comfortable with your exterier, it´s only up to you to change it. I have fingers crossed for you and I believe you are strong enough to loose some weight that bothers you. Just start today. I have a tip for you - for breakfast mix grated apples+carrot+nuts+raisins+cinnamon into one big mix and eat as much as you want. For snack eat as much low-fat curd/yogurt as you want. Normal lunch. Some salad + tuna for supper and some yogurt/curd for snack. Fruit only in the morning (banana+nuts+honey) and 2-3 litre of water, no coffe, only 90% dark chocolate and no alcohol and I garantee to you that you will loose every ounce of fat. Btw excercising not needed until you feel a little lighter (so you don´t put your body into bigger stres than necessary).

I speak from personal experience. Start with this "program" tomorrow at the shop. Buy only things on the list and let go ;) Don´t worry anymore :)
