Changing Page Layout Look

I know that I asked this question before but I am going to ask it again.  I am in the process of looking to change my Banner or Header....Problem is I Don't know how to do it.    _vamptastica_ is the one who worked on it for me and created the Banner tor me and added it to my page.  Only thing is I can't get a hold of her to have her change or just delete the picture it self.  I have tried emailing her through LJ and personal email and NOTHING. 

Please help me if you can.

Also as a New Years I would like a new banner or header if I could...If I can't I would just like to have NO banner or header.

I will totally let you know. Its kind of annoying that I am trying to contact someone and they are not responding at all. I need directions myself. I learned how to had pics well icons to the side bar.
