As I sit here right now working on my current story that I am so hopeful in accomplishing that I can't help but having the fear kick in and not completing it at all. It bothers me that I have been working on this story for like the past 3 years and I wonder what holds me back from achieving this goal. OH well I guess I have some response and idea as to why. I get the muse flowing and working through it with the help and support of a very select few that are willing to help me out. But then I get stuck and its like I have no clue how to continue on from this spot. I have notes and outlines and know where the story is going but the more I write I feel that its not worthy and no one will enjoy this story. And it also stems from reading all these amazing stories out there that have millions of comments about how wonderful their story was. I never really had that to begin with and I am still considered a newbie at writing fanfiction. I will continue to push through and write my story and depending on the time I may not be able to partake in the Big Bang again this year. But as many people tell me I will continue to write until the last minute and try not to put myself down regarding my writing and how well my story is.

Just keep going Hunny, honestly this sounds just like the normal creative process. I think it just gets to a point where you just have to push through the sticky bit and keep going, even if you think you're writing crap as a) you can go back and fix it b) you're probably not and c) once you're through that it bit, it gets so much easier.
Writing is hard! Keep going. And do it for you, don't worry about how anyone else will react or how many comments you'll get.
Write it, finish it and move on. You'll feel so much better. Promise : ) x

I agree with your first commenter, just keep writing and you'll finish it no problem. It doesn't matter about the amount of comments sweetie, its about taking part in a wonderful challenge that helps the creative juices flow.

*hugs*
