Big Bang Process

So this is my first year participating in the spn_j2_bigbang and I am so overwhelmed with the process of it all.

First - The entire process of making a deadline and having the word count. I have never written this many words for a story at all since I started writing slash. Having finally accomplished this goal after 3 long years, its a wonderful feeling!!

Second - Being claimed by an artist. Gah!! I don't even have words for how I feel regarding this process. I think that my summary is not enough or something. But yeah I did not realize the emotional roller-coaster of being claimed or the waiting process.

Third - Waiting for a beta that is willing and able to take the time to write and help edit that story to its full potential. It has the same frustration of waiting to be claimed by an artist. So yes, I guess I never really thought about the emotional curve I would feel throughout this entire process.

I hope all works out for EVERYONE and that everyone will be claimed!!!! I am excited to read many of these stories with amazing artwork!!!

Glad to have my school work as a distraction because I just can't take it to keep looking if I was claimed or not. So my homework will keep me distracted until I decide to check it again tonight.

Yes we will. Sorry about my mistake. :/ I am still overwhelmed by this process. It makes me want to have some challenge for my community but i am not too sure about it.

Don't worry about it. It can be quite overwhelming alright especially for your first time doing bigbang but its also exciting getting to collaborate with an artist.
